Bus Rider Form
Bus Rider Form- If you are new to the district or have moved and will be on a new bus route, please complete the Bus Riding Form and return it to Kerrye Stevens at the Harper ISD Administration Building no later than August 1st. The form can be dropped off or emailed to kstevens@harperisd.net. If you rode a bus last year and there are no changes, you DO NOT need to complete this form. This does not pertain to bus routes 4 and 8 at this time. Click here for the Bus Form.
