Chromebook Pick Up

2019-2020 Chromebook Dissemination Information and Schedule

 

Chromebook pick-up will take place during your students’ school day this year.  Technology Registration Forms will be sent home in the first day paperwork, or printed from the school website found under the About Us tab and then by clicking on publications, handbooks, and forms.  Please have the technology registration form filled out completely and sent with your student to bring on their scheduled day to pick up their chromebook. The tentative schedule for pick up will be as follows:

 

Thursday, August 15th:

7th

Friday, August 16th:

9th

10th

 

Monday, August 19th:

11th

12th

 

Tuesday, August 20th:

Anyone who missed their allotted time


 

Also, new this school year regarding the Technology Registration Forms:

 

Permissions granted on the Technology Registration Form shall become effective on the date of the parent/guardian signature and remain effective until the date of the student’s graduation from High School/promotion to the Middle School campus or date of withdrawal from Harper ISD unless terminated by the parent/guardian and/or Harper ISD in writing before the agreement expires.  Parent/guardian and/or Harper ISD may terminate any and/or all permissions granted in this form at any time. If permissions have been terminated, a new Technology Registration Form must be filled out and submitted to the Instructional Technology Coordinator to regain technology permissions, regardless if a previous form is on file. The written termination of permissions, as well as, the Technology Registration Forms will be documented and filed in the HISD Technology Department.
